The process is as follows:

  • A pre-cleaning assessment is done
  • Initial conditioning treatment to loosen up accumulations of food, stains, spills and oily substances. Our specialized hot water extraction equipment is used with soft water.
  • The nap is set in the right direction by brushing the fabric
  • A final visual inspection is carried out on the furniture
  • Each customer receives a guarantee from our Technicians
