Group Re-lamping

Groupre-lamping consists of replacing all the lamps in a building or parking lot atthe same time. Lamps that are near the end of their life contribute to the lossof effective lighting and can lead to expensive repairs.

Regularlyscheduled group re-lamping is an economic method of preventing this possibilityfrom occurring in your workplace. When re-lamped as a group, the loss oflighting due to this factor is minimized, and it is less expensive thanrepeatedly replacing burnt out lamps.

Generallyspeaking, re-lamping is recommended at 70% of rated life. After this point,output diminishes, and a significant number of burnouts begin to take place.

Inside afacility, a drop in lighting effectiveness can impact employee productivity,and alter a customer's perceptions, possibly diminishing the attractiveness ofyour products. Outside, it becomes a safety issue that affects both customersand employees. Group re-lamping and scheduled maintenance is a pro-activeapproach to prevent such matters of concern.

Lighting & Sign Inspections

We canperform a Lighting and Sign Inspection. This involves a representative visuallyinspecting all exterior lighting, pole lighting and signs for outages and/ordamage, at predetermined intervals (i.e. once every three months). Thisincludes all pole lighting, building lighting, site lighting, canopy lighting,neon signs, fluorescent signs and high-rise pylon signs. We then submit acomplete report to the facilities manager via email, fax and/or phone call.
